A

Alternitive (ALT)
Refers to the up and down, left and right, back and forth movements between two like parts of the body, your hands, feet, shoulders etc.

Ball-touch
Ball-touch is a balancing working position used when executing the Smooth-Change and the One-Power movements. where the feet are brought together and in parallel then lift one heel high off the floor.

Feet to Waist (FTW)
This applies to all movements executed between your feet and your waist.

Necessary Reactive Learning (NRL)
A process by which our brains learns automatically to attain a position or function out of pure and basic necessity such as breathing one of the many things it knew how to do long before we were aware of what it was all about. Most of the world in general function on this level.

Necessary Personal Functional Learning (NPFL)
the state of conscious awareness of our position in time and space and this study is one of many means by which I hope to attain that goal.

Neurons
These are the "electrical wires" that makes up a part of our nerves system and connects our brains to our muscles and every other parts of the body

The Book Series
The book series are a few therapeutic movements I was inpired to elaborate for my wife after she had surgery on her knee and had difficalty bending and is a means of slowly and safely releasing the joint. There are two parts to it: The Book Heels and The Book Toes
