Muscles at the front of the leg


This group of muscles lifts your toes in the air as when executing Reverse Calfs. They are called: 1) Tibialis anterior, 2) Extensor hallucis longus, 3) Extensor digitorum longus and 4) Peroneus tertius. These muscles strengthens the front of the ankles.
