Personal Corrective Training

No weights - No drugs - No machines - Just the Body


My method consists of working with just the weight of the body to make it stronger, balanced, coordinated, flexible, defined and poised naturally. I have been teaching fitness and conducting personal corrective training sessions since 1980 in Europe and the United States. My sessions are one hour in length and I suggest a minimum of 3 sessions a week for best results.
